Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
Big GAAY Holiday Extravaganza
No refunds for this event as tickets are general donations to GAAY Sports for the 2025 insurance policy.
Bowling
Your registration fee will be returned if you cancel at least 7 days before the start of the league.
Kiss My GAAY Axe
You are eligible for a refund up until the day league starts. Once the league starts, no refund will be given.
Dodgeball
A full refund can be given up until 10 days before the league starts. Less than ten days, and a $10 cancellation fee will be charged to cover the cost of the t-shirt, and once the league has begun, no refunds will be given.
Every GAAY Is Shufflin'
Refunds will given up until seven days before the start of the league. Beyond that, a refund will only be given if a replacement team can be found. No refunds once the league starts.
Volleyball - Indoor
A refund may be given up until ten days before the start of the league. After that, a refund minus $10 will be given, and once the leagues starts, no refund will be given.
Volleyball - Sand
A refund is available up until a week before the start of the league; after that, we are unable to offer a refund.
Kickball - Draft League
You can receive a refund up until one week before the season starts.
Kickball
Full refund up until shirts have been ordered for the league (typically two weeks prior). Full refund minus $15 if shirts have been ordered. No refunds once the league has started.
1st Annual Pride Kick-Off
You are eligible for a full refund up until May 20th. After that, no refunds can be given as shirts will already be ordered.
Learn to Disc Golf
This is a free event, but please register to attend so we can plan accordingly.
NCAA Bracket Challenge
This is a freebie. The winner of each bracket (men's and women's) will receive a gift certificate to The Berry Pick'n Baker.
NFL Fantasy Football
There are no refunds for Fantasy Football. If you want out, you must get out before the draft and find someone to replace you.
Quarterly Cornhole Tournament
You may receive a refund (minus processing fees) up to one week before the tournament. After that, no refunds will be given.
